At Tidy Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

 Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Any item that is damaged, used, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice:

A defective or damaged product → Contact us immediately with photos.

Wrong item received → We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

📌 Report any issues within 7 days of receiving your package to qualify for a replacement or refund.

3. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant (size, color, or model), please contact us at egementoka1@gmail.com

• Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, as long as:

• The item remains unused and in its original condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
